Climate Finance and Carbon Market Advisory
Provide guidance on structuring climate-focused business models, accessing carbon markets, and navigating regulatory landscapes. This includes advising on carbon credit opportunities, sustainable finance options, and compliance with industry standards.
Outcome: Founders are empowered to leverage carbon markets and climate finance to unlock new revenue streams and align with sustainability goals.
Strategic Mentorship and Growth Advisory
Offer one-on-one mentorship to founders looking to scale their ventures effectively and strategically.
Areas of expertise include sales and marketing strategies, business development, venture building, operational scaling, new market expansion in Europe or Africa, and business optimization.
You will have guidance on key partnerships, investor negotiations, investment positioning, and support through interim executive or board seat positions.
Outcome: Entrepreneurs receive tailored, actionable advice that accelerates growth while keeping them aligned with their mission.
Approach
My approach is straightforward and designed to deliver results in five simple steps:
Get in touch: Fill out the contact form or send an email and describe your challenge, situation, and the outcome you’d like to achieve through our collaboration.
Discovery call: If I believe there’s a strong potential fit, we’ll schedule a 30-60 minute discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to dive deeper into your challenge to see how I can add value.
Set the terms: We’ll agree on the scope of work, timeline, and costs. I typically aim for at least a 6-month partnership to ensure impactful results.
Workshop sprints (if needed): We’ll conduct a few workshop-style sprints to quickly bring us up to speed and establish the knowledge and tools needed for success.
Ongoing support: We’ll meet regularly—either weekly or monthly—to discuss, track progress, adjust strategies, and achieve the results we’ve set out to reach.
